New directorship for CEO - Bennelong Funds Management

Jarrod Brown, Bennelong Funds Management's (BFM's) Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed to the Board of new credit rating business, Australia Ratings. The company is Australia's first domestic credit rating business to rate debt securities, bonds and fixed income products offered in the Australian marketplace.

As a Non-Executive Director on the Board, Jarrod will be involved in overseeing the application of Australia Ratings' rating methodology and the integrity of the rating process, aligning well with his Board and governance responsibilities with BFM and established relationships with industry bodies.
